China ZL series reducer

The China ZL series reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed converter to reduce the rotation of the motor to the desired rotation and obtain a larger torque. 1. The harmonic transmission of the ZL series reducer utilizes the controllable elastic deformation of flexible components to transmit motion and power. It has a small volume and high accuracy, but the disadvantages are limited service life of the flexible wheel, lack of impact resistance, and poor rigidity compared to metal parts. The input speed cannot be too high.
2. The advantages of the planetary ZL series reducer are its compact structure, small return clearance, high precision, long service life, and the ability to achieve a large rated output torque. But the price is slightly higher.
3. The main feature of the ZL series worm gear reducer is its reverse self-locking function, which allows for a larger reduction ratio. The input shaft and output shaft are not on the same axis or plane. But generally, the volume is large, the transmission efficiency is not high, and the accuracy is not high.
4. Micro small motor is achieved by driving the internal gear structure of the gearbox through the motor gear shaft to reduce the motor speed. Its structure is relatively compact and has strong universality.
5. The horizontal and vertical ZL series reducers are made of carburizing steel material, which has high impact resistance and wear resistance, low noise, and long service life.
6. The hard tooth ZL series reducers are divided into R series helical gear ZL series reducers, F series parallel axis helical gear ZL series reducers, K series helical gear umbrella gear ZL series reducers, and S series helical gear turbine worm ZL series reducers.
