1.Determination of working temperature
The measurement of temperature rise of the tested soft tooth surface reducer is usually carried out simultaneously with the measurement of the bearing capacity and transmission efficiency of the reducer,or separately.When the tested reducer meets the requirements,its working temperature at rated speed and rated input power is read.
2.Measurement of Environmental Temperature
Place a thermometer 1.5m away from the surface of the ZQ gearbox being tested.The height of the thermometer measuring point from the ground should be equal to the axis of the gearbox.The placement of the thermometer should not be affected by external radiation heat and airflow.The reading of the ambient temperature value and the reading of the working temperature value should be carried out simultaneously.
3.Temperature rise calculation
The temperature rise is calculated according to the following formula:

Operating temperature at rated speed and rated input power,℃;Environmental temperature,℃.t2——t1——Δt=t1–t2。
