1.The gear adopts a closed transmission oil pool lubrication,and the oil level height of the lubricating oil is indicated by the circular oil gauge on the machine base.When the reducer is in a stopped state,the oil level height is within the range indicated by the oil gauge.

2.Lubricating oil is generally HJ40-50 mechanical oil.HL20-30 gear oil can also be used.
3.During the initial operation of the reducer,special attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the oil.If the oil is dirty(especially if metal foam is mixed in),it should be changed immediately.At the same time as changing the oil,the dirt inside the body should be cleaned thoroughly.The quality of the oil must be checked regularly(no less than once every six months).
4.The condition of the meshing working surface should be checked regularly,especially in the early stage of work when there is abrasion on the tooth surface.If the area of abrasion does not exceed 20%of the tooth working surface(along the tooth length and height),it is allowed to use an oilstone or scraper to slightly repair it.
5.If it is necessary to open the hood for maintenance,pay attention to whether the cover is coated with sealant.If there is sealant,use the screw holes on the hood to open it with screws.Do not hammer the sealing surface.After maintenance,check whether the sealing surface and the through cover are damaged,whether the sealant residue is cleaned thoroughly,and whether it will cause oil leakage.
