2、 Inspection and replacement of lubricating oil

Regularly check the quality of lubricating oil, observe its color, odor, viscosity and other indicators. 4、 Temperature and vibration monitoring
Use thermometers and other tools to monitor the temperature of the hardened reducer, ensuring that it is within the normal operating range. Excessive temperature may lead to lubricant failure and increased gear wear. Regularly check the vibration of the gearbox. Abnormal vibration may be a precursor to a malfunction, and the cause should be promptly investigated and dealt with.

When carrying out maintenance work, the power should be cut off and the equipment locked first to avoid accidental injury. During maintenance, appropriate tools and equipment should be used to avoid damaging the components of the hardened reducer. Regularly record the content and time of maintenance work for tracking and analysis. This helps to promptly identify potential issues and take measures to resolve them.
