6. When inserting the output shaft pin into the corresponding hole of the cycloidal gear, pay attention to the position of the spacer ring and use the pin sleeve to fix the position to prevent crushing of the spacer ring.
7. We need to pay attention to adjusting the tightness of the spring and coating it with grease for the oil resistant rubber sealing ring.
8. The bearing of the input shaft of cylindrical gear reducer can be installed using heating method.
9. The sealing paper on the joint surface should be updated.
10. After assembling the cylindrical gear reducer, the high-speed input shaft can be manually rotated, and it should rotate flexibly without friction or jamming.
