DFY hard tooth surface reducer

DFY hard tooth surface reducer is suitable for transmission devices with output and input shafts arranged vertically. It is mainly used in various transportation machinery such as belt conveyors, and can also be used in the transmission mechanism of various general machinery such as metallurgy, mining, construction, cement, light industry, energy, etc.

Hard tooth surface reducers mainly include parallel axis series and vertical axis series, which mainly include four series: ZDY (single-stage), ZLY (two-stage), ZSY (three-stage), and ZFY (four stage). The vertical axis reducer is produced according to the standard (JB/T9002-1999). The transmission device used for arranging the input shaft and output shaft in a vertical direction mainly includes three series: DBY, DCY, and DFY.

(1) The main parameters such as center distance and nominal transmission ratio have been optimized and designed, and the main components and parts have good interchangeability.

(2) The gears are made of alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, with a tooth surface hardness of 54-62HRC.

(3) Small size, light weight, high precision, large load-bearing capacity, high efficiency, long lifespan, smooth transmission, and low noise.

(4) Generally, oil pool lubrication and natural cooling are used. When the thermal power cannot be met, circulating oil lubrication or fan/cooling coil cooling can be used.
