JS series reducer

The JS series reducer is a parallel arrangement three-stage transmission conical cylindrical gear reducer. Mainly suitable for scraper conveyors and trough conveyors in underground coal mine working faces.

Function of JS series reducer products

1) Reduce speed while increasing output torque. The torque output ratio should be calculated by multiplying the motor output by the reduction ratio, but it should be noted not to exceed the rated torque of the gearbox.

2) At the same time, the inertia of the load is reduced, and the reduction in inertia is the square of the reduction ratio. You can see that most motors have an inertia value.

Working conditions of JS series reducer

1. The circumferential speed of the gear zmjt059 degrees shall not exceed 18 meters per second.

2. The input shaft speed shall not exceed 1500 revolutions per minute.

3. Environmental temperature: - 20-35.

4. Installation angle: 0 to ± 25 °.

5. Can be used for both forward and reverse operation.
